Watching TV together
What a cutie
Ok., it finally snowed here.  It started at 6:30am  and hasn't stopped.  It's 8pm and i bet we have 10 inches with lots more to come.  It's really pretty outside and warm enough to play in it.  We had a great time.  Can't wait to see what it looks like tomorrow!

Not too cold to play in the "park"

Love catching snowflakes

CHRISTMAS DAY

Christmas is so much fun  with little ones.  The looks on their faces when they open a gift is so precious.  I just want to spoil them rotten  and  have Christmas last even longer.  Maily was super good about going to bed.  We set out carrots for the reindeer and cookies for Santa.  Christmas morning , she was surprised to see the carrots gone.
Wearing her new dress shoes.  She would sleep in them if i let her.

Santa brought Maily a kitchen.

Momma made her an apron and pot holdersWhich i'm happy to say she loves wearing the apron and using the pot holders

Yahoo, a tea set

Had to have a tea party right away!

Santa scored HUGE points with this toy
This kiddo has lots of energy, spends lots of time bouncing.  Which i had a little of that energy.  My legs would feel like rubber but i have to drag her out of it.
Opening some super cute baby clothes

Girls are helping Grandpa with toys

Jammy's girls

Daddy  with his youngest
Notice, Mom and Dad are still smiling but i think the girls had enough holiday cheer.  We had a wonderful Christmas and it sure was great sharing it with family!!!

CHRISTMAS EVE

CHristmas Eve, we had dinner at our house.  The girls got dressed up. I think Makenna is intrigued by her big sister.  Getting a picture of the two of them smiling at the same time is impossible these days or i have to get better with the camera:)

Maily still eating a carrot!  We don't take normal pictures in our family, hahaha

Polar Express Train

Maily's Cousin Julie came for a visit all the way from Florida!  And the two girls got to ride the Polar Express.  Here they are with Grandpa and Grandma waiting to board.  And by the smiles on their faces i would say they are very excited!
Picking on Jammy

Grandpa, Aunt Mandy and Juli waiting for the train to arrive
Here comes the train and what an exciting moment it was!
And here's the train
The girls are so excited they are not sure where and what to look at

christmas time

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.........  Except our snow melted which Jeff and i are happy about.  IT's been crazy warm for December, sunny days reaching 50 degrees! Our house heats up so nicely,  we have the window and door open:)  Maily is loving the Christmas tree and lights.  She's into the spirit of things which means we've watched Barney's christmas over 100 times!! But on the postive side of that, she has learned many carols:)  ANd   Jammy taught her Jingle bells and it's super cute to hear her sing it!!
TO get into the holiday spirit, here are a few things we did last week......

Hiking to our future christmas tree
HEY, i want to decorate the tree too
Decorating the tree

We went with the grandparents to see the festival of trees, which is at the train station.  Here is Maily sitting in one of the cars!

Happy Makenna

Playing in the snow

Next day we are playing at the "park" in the sun!  Hang on tight Maily!

Showing little sis how to play

Making christmas cookies

Making pine cone bird feeders

Decorating the cookies

Decorating pine cones with glitter.  I suggest not doing this project inside!  What a mess we made:)

I lost Maily's favorite blankie, so i whipped her up a new one and she loves it!

This is my Christmas present!!!  it's a double stroller and a bike trailer.  I'm so ready to start running again!
